What the text has to cover for this site
Collected for whoever writes it, so the first draft is about what this site actually does rather than a template:
- Hosting. Cloudflare Workers, static assets. Server logs and IP addresses are processed by Cloudflare; a Data Processing Addendum is in their standard terms.
- The audit form at
/services. Name, email, company and a URL are submitted toapi.scaliastudio.devand stored in NocoDB on our own server in Germany. The URL is then sent to Google PageSpeed Insights. - Cloudflare Turnstileon those forms — bot protection, and the only third party that runs script in the visitor’s browser.
- Cal.com embed on the booking page, loaded only on that page.
- Google Maps and Google Fonts appear on the demo sites under
/demo*. Fonts are self-hosted by Next.js and are not fetched from Google; the Maps iframe is. - No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by us. Worth stating plainly — it is short and it is true.
- Retention. The audit already records a twelve-month rule for rejected and archived prospect rows (gap 13). Say the same here.
